Our product prices are reserved for the professionals of the optical industry. If your business belongs to a different industry and you wish to purchase, please send us a detailed email.
If your business is in the optical industry please register and create an account. An activation email confirmation will then be sent you and you will be able to view our prices online and download our price list.
If you are an existing customer and have not received your online login information please send us an email requesting access. Your email must contain your company information and account number.

How long is the delivery time?
We make every effort to ship non-custom, in stock items the same day if ordered by 4:00 p.m. EST. All efforts will be made to expedite rush orders, when requested.
Delivery time will depended on your region.

For our Canadian customers we currently ship with ICS and for our U.S.A customers we ship with USPS or UPS

How will my account be charged for the online purchases?
If you have an existing account, your method of payment will remain the same. You can enjoy placing your orders with our online store and an electronic statement will be emailed to you at the end of the month.
How can I get my account on monthly billing?
An email request must be sent to our sales department at firstname.lastname@example.org. The email must include your company information and account number.
If you have not processed any purchases with us yet, please note that your first transaction must be processed via credit card payment. Please also note that credit card information must be kept on file until credit history has been established.
